Simple Chaffle Recipe
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat your waffle maker.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the shredded cheese and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into waffle maker.
Cook for approx. 5-7 mins, or until golden brown.
(Yield: 2 chaffles Serving Size: 1 chaffle
